Disability Living Allowance (DLA) will be replaced by Personal Independence Payment (PIP) for people aged 16 to 64 from 8 April 2013. This guide provides more information on what PIP is, who it’s for and when it will be introduced. The guide is primarily aimed at advisers who provide support to people who can or do claim DLA.
